I wish they would clean around the seals on the dryer doors! Disgusting.You also have to run the dryers on a full cycle instead of being able to add time when stuff doesn't dry in the allocated time, which it won't, because the accumulated bits of nasty in the seals make the dryers not heat properly.Even the "cold" water in the washers is steaming hot.Also, the laundry card is an epic ripoff. I think the hope is that you'll put money on it and then lose it and have to buy another one.

DO NOT USE! Might as well through your clothes away and buy new, rather than let this place ruin them for you. Ruined $60 pair of slacks and only refunded $15 for the cleaning. Very unprofessional.

I was a bit taken back by this updated laundry mat. First things first, u have to get a laundry card. My debit card for some reason didn’t work. But the attendant quickly took care of things and got things moving. If in doubt go ask them, I was trying to stick my debit card in the machines. Sometimes it’s just easier to ask. Big 60lb washers, pretty impressed, will be back.

Look, I see this business gets pretty great reviews, and that is good. But I needed a small 4 x 6 wool blanket dry cleaned. My wife dropped it off, and while they couldn't give an exact price, the person my wife spoke to said it shouldn't be more than $10.00. My wife picked it up, and it was $20.00... For a small 4x6 blanket. I can hardly believe that price. The other issue is, that, while I understand everything has gone up in price, just a few years ago my wife took this exact blanket to FabriCare and it cost $7.00 that time.. So the price nearly tripled. The blanket is clean, so I'm not trying to drag this business, but there was some serious sticker shock.

Rachel was kind enough to answer all my questions without making me feel small or stupid.Gave me a thorough explanation on how everything works from the Card Machine to the Washers (which one to use), and how to utilize the dryers for maximum efficiency.I left there with clean clothing and a much better appreciation for the work that goes into maintaining a laundromat.2nd Visit: Kyle was amazing because apparently I had forgotten everything Rachel had taught me.Place is still immaculate. Staff is knowledgeable & friendly.And I am still blown away by how much you can get into these washers that comes out clean & sweet smelling !!To quote my Hero: "I'll be back !!"

I have to say that the cleanliness of this facility is fantastic! So much so that it impressed my 80 something year old mom who ran her own cleaning business for over 30 years. Every time you turn around you see an employee cleaning!I've frequented this business many times throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and it's been spotless
