I wanted to share my experience with this pharmacy, i use Walmart for my personal pharmacy and went to cvs pharmacy for my pets meds.
The veterinarian wrote out a Perscription but forgot to sign it and the pharmacist would not call to get a new script or signature.
So i had to drive 30 minutes to the veterinary to get signature by the time i arrived back it was 15 minutes before lunch, so i had to wait over an hour again until they until they came back instead of just filling it, the whole process took about 4 hours. Because i had to wait for the first Perscription to get filled and then they waited all that time to tell me i need a signature for the other Perscription.
By far the worst experience I've had with a pharmacy, i am a very patient person and i believe in being kind.
The staff in the front counter all had poor attitudes and just seemed like they didn't want to be there.

As someone who values patience and kindness, this was undoubtedly the worst pharmacy, i contacted the pharmacy thr email and complained to them directly, i doubt anything became of it.

Had a script here for wegovy. Kept being told it isn't in stock. Then my friend got it that same day right after I left. I confronted staff about it. He said yeah some of us are like broken records. We just say it without looking. Had my doc switch to walmart. Guess what I got it. S Peters

I've used cvs for years. Most of the staff is nice. The worker named Jeremie always has a attitude problem. Not sure if he's always having a bad day or what but makes me not wanna go there anymore. DEFINITELY needs to be spoken to on how he handles customers and facial expression along with tone. Do not appreciate having eyes rolled when he thinks you can't see just cause of being willing to pay out of pocket so our children have their medications. Do better.

Automated Voice Message sucks and doesn't give an option to even speak to an associate in the pharmacy.

Pharmacist seemed fine but the rest of the employees working back there are incompetent. First time I didn't receive all of my medications, second time I wasn't informed that my insurance didn't cover all of my antibiotic, so I just have some missing... ATTER I mentioned that I already had an issue there. I live 45 minutes away so I don't know the area, but go somewhere else if you have the opportunity

I stopped in for an antibiotic a couple minutes before closing because I had just left the walk in. The pharmacist looked up at me at 7:02 and said this woman was here before 7, but you weren't here so I cant help you. I told him that I was there before 7. He rolled his eyes and asked me my name. He looked it up and said that because he didn't have my insurance information he didn't have time to put it in and help me because I would have to pay out of pocket. I am completely understanding of closing by a certain time, but he definitely could have been way less rude.

I happened to hit the pharmacy during a slow time. As usual, the staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. A slow time at CVS is always a gift.
