Went in to get the family vaccinated against COVID-19. Pharmacy refused us shots because they don't accept our insurance- Tricare. OK, CVS- I get you won't be back "in-network" for another few weeks, but to outright refuse us vaccines because you may not get paid as much for giving us our first shot? CVS does not care about health. Their profits over people policies make that perfectly clear.

The store is nice & normally stocked. However, the pharmacy is horrible. They've been shorting me on my prescriptions. It's ridiculous that I have to count my meds when I get home. My doctor called in a script around 2pm & the app still said processing at 10pm. I had to call them to get it filled. It's an antibiotic. Obviously I needed it that day. Then the pharmacist shorted me on it. I was supposed to get 10 which they charged me for. However I only got 6. I'm trying to call them. Been on the hold for 45 minutes now. This pharmacy needs to be called about.

It seems like lately this pharmacy has gone down hill. Not sure if it's new management but they used to call and let you know if they are out of the product or that your prescription is filled. Yesterday I dropped off a prescription for my husband who just had surgery. I was advised that the prescription will be filled at one o'clock. I returned to the store and was in the drive thru behind six cars. After waiting over 20 minutes I get to the window only to be informed it was getting filled and if I could drive back around and get in line then it should be filled. Total disappointment with the customer service and this is not the first incident with this CVS. I'm currently looking at taking my business elsewhere.
