Called them out to give me a water test and a quote after about an hour of failed water test I think he just gave up and guessed. Then he says he is going to send me a quote via email When he gets back to the shop, it’s been over a week. He still has not sent me a quote or anything. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Call somebody else especially if he’s named kyle.

We purchased a home that already had Culligan service and every person I ever spoke to was not customer service friendly at all. Very rude and condescending!! So after a month we switched to Sielers and couldn't be happier. Everyone is very courteous and friendly. As a business owner myself, customer service means everything!

We just switched to Culligan last month. We are paid biweekly so I put $80 on our bill every time we get paid. This month went differently. I put $80 last week, and I called today and asked to put $80 today. I’m total I owed 228.00 for installation. I don’t even have a due date yet. So she flips out asking “your a new customer this isn’t good.” “Not a good way to start off.” “When will you pay this in full?” I say I just paid $80 last week. I’m putting another $80 today. She then says wait your DUE date isn’t until February 18th and you still have until the 26th before a late fee is added. Her attitude was awful. You don’t even know me. Yes we are “New” I was actually paying earlier so I didn’t have to put $228 all at once. This isn’t how anyone should be talked too. Now I’m regretting ever switching. I always pay my bills on time or early. For her to make me feel like I’m not paying my bills is ridiculous. She should ha e checked first and then assessed the situation.

I had a problem with my water softener so I stopped in to see if they could give me some advice on fixing it. One of the service men came up front and told me everything I needed to do to fix my problem. The advice saved me a lot of money and got my softener working again. I own my softener so they didn't have to help me but they did.

Its reasonable to update a businesses hours of operation on their website since this is the first place most people look. Drove feom Blissfield on a Saturday to find they are no longer open on Saturdays while the website clearly states they are.
