I can't believe this company. If you miss your due date at this company, they will charge you an extra 5.00 dollars per month to pay your bill, and if the app or the link they send you to pay is not working and you have to call the payment in, then it's 5.00 dollars too. That is 10 dollars more. All the fees need to stop. If this happens again, I'm going somewhere different.

Customer service was amazing. Sarina is very knowledgeable and friendly. She talked me into porting over from AT&T and helped the lady that was next in a timely manner. I was very impressed with my experience at this store. 10/10 will definitely recommend to a friend. Ask for Sarina!

I've been helped by Jen maybe 3 or so times now and everytime she has been kind, courteous, patient, effective, and fast. She takes the time to figure out what's best for my specific issue, and most of the time she is very busy. Thanks for all your help!

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t helpful with any of my questions, just laughed and said “I don’t know” to everything I asked. Boost was a lot more helpful customer service wise. Might just have to switch back now.
