Excellent store to get all your flooring needs. My recent trip there saw me purchase carpeting and padding for the majority of my house. The selection was simple and easy due to their knowledgeable and friendly staff. They also offered installation, which helped out matters tremendously. They were able to work with my schedule timeliness and got the carpet installed flawlessly. The installer was also very courteous and respectful in my house. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY flooring needs you may have in the future. They are 5 star IMHO!!

The price of their products were not bad, the sales people were nice. The issue was the installation price was twice the price of the product.

These people are great! They have been very helpful and kind with us while we are remodeling our home. I would recommend this place for good service and a wide selection of all kinds of flooring along with reasonable prices.

I have stopped in this shop in the past without finding a remnant that interests me in a decent size. Usually they have lots of tans and greys. This time I found a beautiful wine cooler of thick quality. I purchased it to be delivered. Everyone who assisted me was very helpful and nice. The man who delivered my carpet went above and beyond. Very helpful and nice, he even helped me move a few of my heavier pieces of furniture, since he probably noticed I'm just an old lady ;). Offered to help me move more, placed the carpet and took my old carpet away. Thank you!

We needed new carpet in three bedrooms at a house we purchased this year. We shopped around locally and Carpet Outlet Plus was by far the best option for us. They were super easy to work with because we didn't know anything about carpet.Once you pick your carpet and give an estimate of room size, they do work up a general cost for everything. I say general because they have to connect with the individual who will be installing and that person comes out for the actual measurement before ordering. They work with local carpet installers and give you an estimate of when install can happen. We were not in a rush, as we ordered ours before possession.Our installer was excellent. He and his team did a great job and you couldn't tell they were there by the time they were done.With so many options at Carpet Outlet Plus, we know exactly where to go when we finish our basement and need carpet installed again.Also, if you want to look around without being bothered, they are great at seeing if you need help and leaving you alone until you need them again!
