I bought a new phone June 14. Not what I wanted; tried to return it unused on June 19 & clerk said only the owner could do it. Left my info. After 2 days of no response, I called & spoke with the owner who refused to accept the return. This person is unethical and should not be in business. Would not recommend this store for any reason at all.

This is a good boost mobile store and Alanah was amazing to get a sim card updated again she best and very friendly deal with her she has the best attitude ever????

Let me tell you what. I came into the Adrian store with SO many problems. Anthony was a gem. I have been a boost customer for over 15 years, and I have never had as good of customer service as he gave me. This was extremely amazing experience with this company. Thank you, I will be letting all my friends know about this!
