Terrible service if you have a claim. They don't return calls and their adjusters have no idea how a a house is put together, so they will miss things that are important. They reference questionable contractors who take short cuts, or just never show up. Insurance is expensive. Go elsewhere if you actually want protection. We tried to work with them, but they don't care. It's not just us, they have a reputation for this. I heard from someone else recently who had a fire and they didn't remove burned wood, just covered it. Seriously?
