I only give this place three stars because of how extremely expensive they are. Price gouging here is pretty pathetic and sad and it definitely doesn't keep the locals wanting to come back. I bought two blocks of cheese and a six pack and it was like $30, so that will just be a one time thing. It is convenient when you need something .. and they do have a large selection of cheeses (not super large) and other grocery items such as mustard mayonnaise chips a little bit of deli not too much. It is a little bit bothersome that they don't always have the same drinks in stock so if you're looking forward to getting some thing that you like once a week it might not be there every time. They could do a better job at stocking and it is a little bit dirty in there and it usually kind of stinks a little bit. Maybe just have someone do some deep cleaning once every few months. They have a small selection of nonalcoholic beverages and they also have ice cream they have a large selection of wine and a huge cooler of ? beer ?

It no where close to what it says was 20 years ago. The selection has gone downhill, as is most of the people that work there. From talking on the phone without helping, to following you the store but not answering any of your questions. The coolers always work and it's just around the corner from where I live. Price gouging is the biggest reason for not going. Hours for Saturday say open at 8am but I don't think the help know that.

Stopped here because of the name. I was expecting it to be something different. I was happily surprised to see they had buffalo trace since you can't find it near me, but they are price gouging, due to lack of supply. I paid well over market price for Buffalo Trace. Sad when everyone is so greedy.

My pet peeve is a cashier that tries to short change me. It happened here twice--same cashier. No problems with the other ones.

The owner is always smoking weed or something in the back. I've seen multiple minors buying booze there. Don't think they card that's for sure...

Woodstock always has the things that we looking for before heading out on the lake. It's cool that they carry unique cheeses and meats. Their subs and sandwiches are also great. We make it a point to stop here to get all of our food and drink supplies. The cigar selection is really nice too.The Staff members are always friendly.

This place has it all. There’s so much to mention and if you are spending a day at one of the local lakes or live near by- you can find any sort of snack, drink, liquor and mixers for your fun day in the sun. HOWEVER, if you are a human being, spending your human money in their store and you need to use a restroom to handle human restroom needs you should avoid them at all costs. They don’t care. I’ve shopped there for years as well as today. I had a couple of meetings in the neighborhood and stopped maybe an hour later to use the restroom… because welllllpp, yep it comes up. There were no signs coming in that said public restrooms don’t exist. As I’m rushing in praying “baby Jesus PLEASE just let me make it to the RR” I looked for signs. I went in and asked and was told NOPE, we don’t have a restroom for the public. I said, not intending to have a deep voice as if taken over by a demon…”PLEASE TELL ME YOU CAN MAKE AN EXCEPTION WHEN THERE’s an emergency.” Their employee said no there’s no way you can use our restroom. 2…TWO separate customers could see I was in an emergency state and told me in sync, “Louigie’s across the street has a public restroom.” Somehow I made it and no one had a problem with me running into a restaurant to potty. Except maybe the employee that was actively using the women's restroom who might have forgotten to lock the door. Oops! Thank god the mens room was available!!!!!!!!Thank GOD I didn’t have an accident. Thank GOD I didn’t get run over by the tons of cars and semi’s on 223 doing 60 plus mph. I’d have been killed and then maybe found to be incontinent.I own a business. I do business with the public. PUBLIC = HUMANS!! I can’t even remotely understand the ability for ANY BUSINESS to deny access to customers (who spend money and hopefully make my living at the end of the day) and not acknowledge that customers or humans have to have a place and need to use a restroom now and then. The fact that they can’t ensure there is a safe and clean passage to the restroom and a clean restroom for customers just says total laziness to me. Have a little empathy and open up your restrooms to the public. We all know there has to be one on site in order to have employees and be in business. Otherwise you are literally a TICK on this community. Change this policy and I will happily take this rating and feedback down.Done. MB

Staff not following Safe COVID-19 Practices, nor requiring the same of Clientele. Of seven of us (in sight) inside, only three were exercising due diligence. The cashier was not even following recommended protocols, nor requiring such of customers. Understand Michigan's disastrous pandemic figures now.Sergeant Major, U.S. Army, Retired

I live 40 minutes away and I come here specifically for their cheese in the last two times there has been nobody here to cut the cheese and the kid at the counter is always on his phone and doesn't ask if you need anything he just plays d***
