“If making a delivery to this store they don’t allow overnight parking and the receiving lady isn’t very pleasant when checking in . However they do have a restroom inside the store and the staff encountered inside the store were polite and friendly. When coming in on Hwy 21 you will turn left onto Gazin st and follow the drive into the store to the docks there is room to turn around to dock not a difficult dock. I delivered on 7/8/24 some material for the remodel inside the store and the crew I dealt with were helpful and gave me guidance as to where they needed their supplies.”
“Great store nice staff Joe the cashier help me often when I come in he’s fast and efficient and has great customer service. Kathy and bill are also great employees that help when it’s needed. Some of the meat is slightly expired sometimes and The prices are slightly high but it’s a Convenient Grocery store That’s close with a very family like staff.”
“I like this store.. no store can do it all but the meijers stores do a nice job .... I like i can find my pets brand of food vs going to a pet store, nice variety of grocery brands/price, I've picked up cards as needed, grass seed on occasion, oil for the snowblower/mower... All as needed and under one roof with fair prices its enough for me!”

“Edit: Had a great phone conversation with the store manager and I'm confident this will be resolved. I will add that the store was neat and well stocked.Went in to check out the store and get a membership. I was shocked when the rude woman working at customer service began arguing with another employee about who was going to clean the bathroom. It was beneath both of them. Whatever. But to stop helping a new customer in order to argue??? And then to lie right to that woman's face? I would have fired her on the spot. I certainly hope I don't regret my decision to get a membership.”

“My husband uses a very commomn med that simply cannot be found anywhere right now. None of the usual pharmacys have it and cannot tell us when they will get it back. I called HomeTown on a last ditch call as we need it before a trip. They got one in today and set it aside for us til we could get the script sent over. So kind and helpful! “I was driving to the Upper Peninsula for work and stopped at Costco for gas and decided to go in for a hotdog. I noticed there was a flu clinic going on near the entrance, so I ended up getting my flu shot. I was in and out in only 5 min; one of the easiest and smoothest flu shot experiences I’ve had.”

“These guys are the absolute friggin best of the best! I came to them because the air valve stem on one tire was cracked and the cap was stuck on there, preventing me to add air.You know what these guys did? They replaced it for free. Didn't charge me anything. And they inflated all my tires to the correct PSI. They refused to take my money. I couldn't believe it. It's not everyday someone does something for you free of charge.(The sensors didn't work anyway)”
“Staff are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Same with the pharmacists. All Meijer, pharmacies are about the same. Just depends on the location. Although I do prefer knaps corner and 10 mile road pharmacies because they're typically cleaner and less chaotic environment.”

They've been my sole pharmacist over the past year or two after having finally had enough of the local pharmacy chains.I think I may require more than many customers, as far as last-minute med switches, etc, I feel "this must be frustrating to them" but they never give me that impression in the least. I always come away from every interaction feeling important. So, keep your Walgreens and CVS and them, this pharmacy has given me absolutely no reason to go anywhere else for pharmacy-related matters.”

It does seem, on the weekends this past year, they are short staffed and the lines can get a little long. I don't think I have ever waited longer than 10 minutes.”

“I can't say enough Great about Lowell Walgreens. Their associates are so kind, cheerful and helpful ALWAYS! Today I said to the sales associate " thank you so much for helping me with this- you all are so kind and nice at this store, you must have a great manager!" She said "you're welcome and we do" and pointed at a lady with beautiful blue and black hair with a huge smile - Lexi I think was her name. So I told Lexi how much I appreciate all the help and kindness. There's also a young girl at night with long brown hair- can't remember her name but I'm sure she's an Angel!
