I experienced Jeff Platko as a buyer on one of his listings.
After my inspection turned up extensive termite damage that wasn’t in the sellers disclosure, I backed out of the sale. When we asked why he didn’t include that, he claimed he never went into the basement.
I was shocked by how unprofessional he acted afterward. Insisting my realtor convince me to buy it anyway. He asked for the name of the inspection company/inspector and then harassed them over the phone for telling me about the damage.
Really disappointing how upset he was over not getting to pass off a house on an uninformed buyer.

We were recommended by a good friend to Jake. Love the teamwork between Jake and Deb. Deb was awesome at checking in, and both did a fantastic job getting us our perfect home. Would recommend JH to anyone looking in Ada/East GR area as they both know it so well! So happy with our experience.

I couldn’t have worked with a better agent. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market, Jake was able to maximize what I could sell my house for. He is personable and very responsive to questions/texts. He made the process as straightforward as it could be. I don’t think anyone knows the Ada market as well.
