“HELP! Panic set in as I went to the ATM for $40 and was denied due to insufficient funds. I had just deposited $625 so how was that possible! It turns out I made my mortgage payment twice (once manually, the other time automatically) on accident. Joseph and Clay quickly and courteously fixed the issue; the accident payment is being reversed and a small fee waived. Crisis averted thanks to these two at LMCU. #ChristmasMiracle”

“I went to this location as a co-op credit union (mine is out of state) to get a large cashier's check that I needed. Cashier's checks can already be tricky (let alone large ones), but Sarah jumped through hoops to help get the things I needed to get it done. Thank you, Sarah, for helping me do the near impossible!”
“I've continually been impressed with how LMCU handles their members. I have had a few issues, so not to say the road hasn't been bumpy while they've been expanding these past few years, but they've always made it right. When somebody messed up and didn't send me my new credit card, they sent me a handwritten apology card with my new credit card and an additional gift card. Every person I've dealt with has been pleasant at both branch locations and my calling the call center. Recently, they updated their website making the mobile version of the website extremely easy to use, which has been helpful since I usually use the very streamlined app. However, I've been using a new beta version of Android and due to security concerns, their app doesn't work with beta Android forcing me to use the mobile site. It has been great to utilize other aspects of LMCU I would have never used before, but as a backup it has been great. Would highly recommend visiting LMCU to join a credit union if you have yet to join any credit union. Credit unions are better than banks (unless you're rich, but I don't expect rich people to be reading this review...)”

“Caitlin Mabry was an exceptionally helpful and diligent loan officer. I went in to purchase 2 vehicles, one of which I was turning around to sell right away, and she helped me through each process with such a kind and knowledgeable approach.I had already had a frustrating experience with the dealer trying to work through them to purchase the cars and, fed up with their lack of support and honesty, I immediately went to this LMCU branch to procure a loan. I was not in great spirits, clearly at the end of my proverbial rope, and Caitlin graciously walked me through next steps, honored the frustration I was feeling toward the dealer, and helped me find confidence in finishing up the task.When GM messed up the title for one of the vehicles (the one I was about to sell, making it a very frustrating mistake from GM's end), Caitlin kindly did the work to fix the error quickly and seamlessly, turning what felt like a daunting chore into a breeze.After all was completed, I received a lovely hand written note in the mail thanking me for working with her.I truly appreciated the added personal touch!Thank you Caitlin!”
“Love LMCU, however this branch gave us stress when adding my husband to my account. They had almost lost the paperwork I handed to them the day before. Just wasn’t impressed through that process. After that happenstance, though, they’ve been fine with other things we’ve came for. Such as ordering checkbooks, setting up new cards, regular transactions/deposits.. they were helpful with that and friendly.If you’re going to turn left out of the parking lot, it’s near impossible especially during rush hours. I’d suggest turning right and finding somewhere to turn around or something. Not LMCU’s fault. Just fyi.”
