I usually have a great experience at this facility but I will no longer be bringing my pet here on my last one. The large girl at the front desk, Elliot, was unnecessarily insulting and condescending. Everyone else who works here is a gem but unfortunately one bad apple spoils the bunch. When you bring your pet in for a surgery, the last thing you want is to speak with someone who is short tempered and clearly not wanting to be there. There are some very talented and compassionate people working there, but it is too much of a vibe kill to have to speak with this troll at the front desk.

Molly, the vet tech at East Bay Animal Hospital was nothing short of amazing. The first time I called there she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding my dog. She was a book of knowledge. Her willingness to spend a significant amount of time and reassure me is what made me choose this place as my vet. A lot of times people rush you off the phone, but Molly made me feel like I was a priority even though we hadn't even been there yet. That kind of customer service you just can't find anymore. The vet Dr. Kim was super nice and knowledgeable too and they made me feel like I was the only patient in that hospital. Thanks for your awesome customer service and we're so happy you're our vet!

All four of our dogs go to this vet. They seem to be very interested in the animals and know what they are talking about. The only complaint I have is that the vet has very limited hours and it can take a week to hear back about important tests or results. We often use the 24 hour vet associated with this business to supplement their services.

Everyone there makes taking your pets there a pleasant and relaxing experience. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Vets are amazing!

I received amazing care and compassion for my young cat when he was hospitalized for two days. Also received great follow up care and support. Great experience for a not so good situation. Cat is doing well!

Very kind and compassionate care for both our dog and cats. Pricing has been fair given the rising cost of veterinary care. Would appreciate if the team took a few more minutes prior to our appointments to review my pet's extensive chart to get up to speed but otherwise they have been wonderful. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable.

Dr Karen and staff is always very understanding easy to work with and make Charlie very comfortable during his visits their care and concern for animals is shown through their actions and the way that they care for Charlie

We enjoyed our visit with our new puppy. The staff was kind, and helpful. They did not rush the visit. Their new office is beautiful. We will be back!!
