I've been bringing my pets to VACC for decades, and through it all, every one of their doctors who's seen my pets has clearly cared very much for them. Dr. Neary and Dr. Zarif are both incredibly kind to both my fur babies and to me, through thick and thin. Their techs and front end staff are consistently kind, professional, and helpful as well, and the facilities are beautiful and well-cared for. I can't thank all of the VACC folks enough! ??

The best team of humans with the deepest souls for caring and loving these pets and their humans . I’ve been with VACC for 20 years and two dogs one currently they exceed my expectations every time we have an appointment or a concern .

Dr. Burns is an angel. He truly does care about the animals, and he is the best/most knowledgeable and kind veterinarian I have ever taken any of my pets to. I'll never go anywhere else. So glad I found this place. I was a bit skeptical at first, but there is definitely a reason why this place is so highly rated.

The doctors and techs give my dog the best care possible. Quite expensive though. Difficult when you're on a fixed income. Dr. Neary is my go to when I schedule appointments.

I liked everything, from the service at the front desk, to the moment we checkout, everyone was very attentive and professional, they seemed concerned about the princesa the whole time, I am very grateful to this team

This will be an extensive review but if you are considering this vet hospital please take the time to read it.
We adopted a kitten that fell suddenly ill and we had no clue as to what was going on. Took him to our local vet Dr. Vicky Olson, their satellite office, and she was very concerned about a lump in his tummy. They immediately were able to schedule an emergency appointment with them for a possible surgery the next day. Dr Stone explained in detail our choices and determined the best course of treatment would be an exploratory surgery since none of the preliminary exams seemed to show any blockage but there was definetly something there; so we left him in their care for the remainder of the day. I was kept updated by Dr Stone every step of the way. He explained how delicate the situation was and stated it was the first time in the years he has been practicing that he has encountered this specific issue, more so in a kitten. He was honest, showed genuine concern and care and I have no doubt did everything in his power to keep him going. He then continued to explain that it was best to tranfer Felix to an inpatient emergency vet so that he could receive specialized care in an ICU in case a second more in depth surgery was needed, so we did just that. Again, the same level of care and concern was received by these folks and Dr Stone still kept checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. Fastforward to today, Felix is home with us, didn't need a second surgery ( here's to hoping he won't need it in the future) and is acting like a normal kitten should, showing his true personality and we couldn't be more happy and grateful to everyone involved. We thought we were going to lose him but the compassion and concern everyone showed to us helped us in knowing he was receiving the best care possible. THANK YOU! Dr Olson, Dr Stone and each one of the clinical staff we came in contact with, you were truly angels to us. Know your furry friend will be in the best professional caring hands. The facility is top notch and everyone is welcoming and great with the pets.

Each visit to Veterinary associates of Cape Cod is an uptick for me and especially important for Gabriel my exquisite loving cuddle at 67lbs 14 mo.old male Standard Poodle. Each vet at this clinic is special. Each is excellent, qualified, caring, kind and informative about their diagnosis.
And the front desk employees are a delight.

I recently moved to the area and was in search of a vet clinic I could trust with my senior dog, Chester, who has complex health needs. I’m relieved to have found this clinic. The care my dog has received here, both during regular visits and while boarding, has been exceptional. The doctors take the time to thoroughly review his medical issues with me. The entire staff is friendly and ensures my dog is comfortable and well cared for. I now have peace of mind knowing my Chester is in good hands.

We needed a vet for our 10 yr. Old Golden Retriever. Being new to the area I inquired to where to take him. We are so happy we made the appointment and met with Dr. Kmiecik. She checked him out and then gave us medicine for his eye. We also agreed to having some tests to have a baseline for future reference. As a 10 yr old Golden Retriever cancer is the #1 problem with the breed. We loved that all the blood work test results are done there….. we had the results quickly. Ollie is healthy!
Everyone was friendly and am very happy we chose to take Ollie here!
++++++2024 August… seems Ollie has allergies we think that cause his eyes to get runny—- so we were back again. Doctor Trevor treated —- great exam and everyone friendly. Highly recommend!
