Kate was absolutely wonderful! She was courteous, informative, and extremely patient! Her sense of humor was great - her patience with me was over the top!

I went in to get a new phone last week (7/2), Tim and Mark helped me out so much! Both were super friendly and helped me get a good deal on a new iPhone 15 pro and helped me trade in my old iPhone 11. Best Verizon experience I’ve had!
