Lazy, rude liars ?
First day of delivery, a notice is left as they came 4 hours after the delivery window, 2nd day never showed and said business was closed, but everyone was standing there waiting for it and they never came. I called and was told they have the wrong address… yup said that after leaving the notice at the correct address. Was very rude on the phone upon being called out on this apparent lie and then hung up. Should’ve just told the truth of being short staffed and not wanting to lift the heavy package. Enraging. *update.
Package was finally delivery on the 3rd day… looked like it was used as a football and surprise surprise… the made up lie about the wrong address was confirmed when the driver said it wasn’t on the truck the day prior when he marked as business closed. So confirmation of the total lie this “customer service” person made up and berated me as if I were stupid with. I will not drop this. He made the whole situation 10x worse and shouldn’t be in this position…. Shouldn’t even be allowed to talk to humans period.

This was a horrible experience and do not trust this UPS facility to deliver your package on time. I had paid extra for 2 day shipping so that a package would be delivered on a Friday, the day before my wedding. This package contained smoked brisket from texas and was for my wedding dinner. Safe to say the delivery driver had this on his truck and was out for delivery on Friday, but decided he didn't feel like driving out to the shipping address and said "something was incorrect with the street address".... i got a customer service person on the line in god knows what country and confirmed the address was 100% correct and was told "oh there must have been a new driver who didn't know where to go".... sure.. OK. Next thing i knew, my package delivery date was updated for the following MONDAY. The wedding would have come and gone by then. After a full night of distress, I drove out to this facility the next morning and though the customer service office was closed, i walked into the truck bay and made someone find my package and give it to me. Thank you to that man who saved my wedding dinner. Not to mention that the food would have perished by monday...HENCE THE 2 DAY DELIVERY THAT I PAID FOR. Anyway, i get a voicemail on Monday that they are sending my package out for delivery with a MAP so they can find the location... dear god just use GPS. But it seems they don't even know that the package was picked up. I was given a call back number in the voicemail to call and speak to Mary, however that call back number just leaves me listening to a busy tone and then cuts the call. Or says that the call cannot be connected as dialed. Such service...really top notch. Thanks for a whole lot of nothing UPS. Worst service ever and impossible to get a hold of a single human in case something goes wrong. Pathetic

This UPS damaged my package containing a new phone on top of it being delayed after I spent extra for next day shipping. Y’all had one job and you couldn’t even do that correctly but I’m thankful for Verizon helping me out with this issue. Avoid using this UPS at all costs!

Thieves! Was expecting a delivery from apple from the 26-2. No movement on the tracking since the 24th when I checked after the 2nd. Contacted apple directly, they sent a replacement one. Package was out on delivery 11/15, never arrived. Went by UPS this morning 11/17 the front lady simply told me” call apple and tell them your package is missing again” I asked how since it was out on delivery just 2 days ago she said “ I don’t know there’s where you stand right now” with the biggest smirk on her face!

Road work done on my street. Pkg was not delivered stating need for lock box code. My house is on a circle and the driver couldn’t be bothered. My FedEx driver delivered pkg during same time. ?

FOURTH time my package has been “delivered” but is not on my doorstep. First was my kids $600 curriculum for homeschool they dropped off three doors down caught it on camera, next my birth certificate they completely lost, I paid $40 for next day delivery and had to pay it again when they lost it…4 weeks later it showed up at my door completly demolished ripped and dirty next my three year olds costume but the driver ended up showing up at 9pm saying they delivered to the wrong place and went and got it and brought it to me and now my two Apple Watches totaling $600!! I’m so frustrated! They should take pics like fedex of the drop off location. We have cameras where I live so I’ll be checking when the manager gets here. Shame on you UPS
