“I was feeling symptoms of shin splints, so I wanted to get new running shoes for my marathon training. I found this store near our hotel, so we dropped by. They helped us very professionally, measured my feet and gave me the perfect pair. Afterwards, I ran 5 miles and I must say, these shoes are great :) Thanks”

All of it can be from the Flagman on 28.Tim also runs two different youth sports leagues, one for flag football and another for basketball. Both of his leagues are all about getting kids away from tablets and TV’s and into the fundamentals of learning a team sport.Added bonus: inside the store and upstairs is another local business, The Toy Boyz, run by Nick Whitman. They specialize is buying and selling classic merch from decades past. Toys, sports memorabilia, cards, 80’s and 90’s nostalgia and a ton more.”

“Bought my son a pair of football cleats last minute, got all the way home (45 min away) and realized the cleats were both left foot. I called Butlers, it must have been a manufactuers error... they stayed open for me to immediately return after their store hours, they didn't have the same cleat to exchange, so gave me a better (and more expensive pair) and wouldn't allow me to pay the difference. Butlers has not only excellent quality sporting goods, but excellent quality staff!”

“I had an issue with an in-store order that I had placed and was having troublr getting the tracking information. In this day and age I had to go into the store so they could verify my identity over the customer support hot-line. No big deal as I live right up the street from the store. I called and spoke to Brendan, one of the managers there, and he told me to come into the store to assist with the tracking. Upon arriving to the store he was there waiting for me to help with my order as well as helping out the rest of his co-workers and other customers that were in the store. He has impeccable multi-tasking skills.He got ahold of customer support and got my tracking information just like that and it will be arriving this Saturday!I appreciate the way he was kind and extremely helpful in getting me the tracking information as well as helping me find some more outfits for the approaching winter!Brendan is an asset to this company and he deserves a raise!!11/10 stars.”
