Bought "Cape Cod" bracelet here but it is not stamped 925 for sterling. The gold ball is pale, like 10k, not right color for 14k. Wondering if it's a rip off. Also no receipt was given.

We popped in today looking for Cape Cod jewelry. Wendy and Hannah were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. The jewelry was beautiful and much more reasonably priced than other places we've looked.

Amazing selection, high quality and well priced. Bought a bracelet that ended up having an issue with the clasp and they replaced it right away. They didn't have my exact bracelet in stock so they replaced it with a slightly more expensive option at no cost to me. Excellent customer service.

I am belated in writing this review but I cannot say enough about this store and Carol in particular. We had soccer tournaments every year that brought us to this store to always get our daughters something. Six years ago, for her 14th birthday we bought our mermaid enthusiast youngest daughter a one-of-kind beautiful silver and pearl mermaid charm that she has cherished. This year we vacationed in Maine and she lost it in the ocean and was beside herself and said we bought it so long ago we could never replace it. I immediately remembered this place, called from the beach and explained the situation to Carol and sent a picture. By the next morning, Carol had located it for me, took my info over the phone, mailed it to my brother's house so it wouldn't pile up while we were away and when we got home the exact replacement was waiting for us :) . Silver Unicorn has an amazing selection and inventory of just one of kind items and their service is amazing- even over the phone, over 100 miles away and six years later. I LOVE this place and Carol is our family hero :) Many, many thanks to Carol and the Silver Unicorn :)

My wife went into the store to purchase a piece of keepsake jewelry for my son. Somehow the owner decided to upsell my wife and do a cash deal in the tune of 1600 for 13 gram Figaro 14k chain. If you do the math the chain is sells for best 400.00 pure around the tune of $700.00 for something that my son didn't even want. The following day we went to return to get the cash returned to us and all that was offered was a store credit. Note we buy jewelry each year for the past 15 years from them. Buyer beware...
