I have had all my cars serviced by Platinum Auto since the business opened. They always take care of customers with respect and consideration. I have never had a problem with the work done on my cars. Platinum Auto is very customer comfortable.

I only had oil change and tire rotation. The dealer charges 77.00 for oil change here I paid 122.00. I was very happy with the service I received with the above being my only complaint.

Platinum Auto was referred to us by a local auto mechanic teacher . We have now been using Platinum for about 3 years- happy every time . Very nice people ; great waiting area w refreshments, and a ride home if you live close by !

The Best !! I have went to Platinum a couple times already . They are the best . They hooked me up with parts I needed . Are Honest and know their stuff . I Highly recommend them for service and for an off road build they do amazing work and live it .

Part of a nightmare "vacation from heck", I blew out a tire on a curb, at midnight, and, they could have easily how "padded" the bill or pushed me into things I didn't want. That was not done they did suggest several courses of action that I didn't feel needed to be done to safely get my car back from Cape Cod, but then again. I do appreciate that especially because I was on vacation when my tire blew out! That is also the experience I have seen on reviews of this business.
*I understand auto repair parts "post covid"have ridiculous wait times with things even small like a new windshield section, as I was in an accident 6 months ago and it took 2 months to get simple parts, and I know others have been through the same. These mechanic shops deal with this everyday. So I do have sympathy for the delay in replacing and servicing the car so that it can be operated safely! Everyone I spoke to at Platinum was professional, compassionate, and I definitely would advocate for others to use them ( specially if you're traveling and out of your depth of it you can trust them to be honest with you;). I know this because believe me when I say they don't need our business it's the other way around!!! THANK YOU PLATINUM TEAM!!!

I very much appreciate that Platinum Auto Service squeezed me in for service when they found out that I was planning a long drive even though they were tecnically booked up. This shows that they really care for their customers' safety. And their technicians/representatives always provide a full explanation of any problems they find and exactly what work they performed to fix them. Terrific team of experts!!
