When your only other options are AutoZone (absolutely clueless counter people (even more than me) and the cheapest quality parts in the world that are guaranteed to brake immediately) is when NAPA really shines. I wish it were still the old Orleans Auto parts but the corporate office hasn't been able to too badly damage the efficacy of the business. The way every parts store should be.

There could never be enough auto parts stores. We don't have one in our town but Dennis is not far away. It's hard enough on the Cape to get anyone to even recognize you when you walk into a new establishment but these guys actually come out from behind the counter to find things that you're asking for. Rare and delightful.

Extremely helpful. The only local auto parts store open after power outage event. Had to replace my car battery and the salesmen at the store Assisted in many ways trying to loosen a rusty bolt on the battery hanger. After a noble attempt, Corey arranged to have one there the next morning. Thank you for the exemplary service, above the call of duty.

Ordered my motorcycle battery from off Cape and had it here at Napa auto on the cape in south Yarmouth the following day as they said it would be. I couldn't get it because I was busy that day. No problem, picked up my battery and motorcycle started right up. Live to ride. Need chain grease and oil filter and oil. Be back soon !!!

Called in for a part replacement & got put on hold for 20mins, called back & the guy that put me on hold helped someone else. Drove down & still can’t help. A bunch of uneducated fools

Covid noncompliant employees, 2 employees not wearing masks. Boxes everywhere on the floor. Staff was nice but very vulgar
