Brought my 2020 MB GLE350 for oil change. Upon leaving 1/4 away after oil change, my vehicle started hesitating while driving with heavy smoke coming from rear exhaust. Immediately driving back to facility, they indicated they drained oil and redid the service. After technician drove out to be sure all was well, only to return with my vehicle smoking yet again. Third attempt and two hours later, all appeared well. However, after requesting them to pay for an authorized MB dealership diagnostic be performed to be sure my vehicle was not damaged, they agreed to reimburse me, only to nullify that decision. I wouldn't trust this business. Go elsewhere!

Exceptional service. Very quick and informative. They made sure to alert me that my truck took 8 quarts of oil, so that I would not be shocked at the price using the synthetic oil when I checked out. Would definitely recommend. When I took my second car back an hour after my first vehicle, they added a special charge for $15 but the woman at the front desk couldn't tell me what it was for. They also took cars out of order and when I alerted them that my car had been skipped after several cars there was no apology.

Don't go here!!! They lied about fixing my breaks and it almost got me into a car accident. If you want shady service and people who don't care if you get into a car accident then give them your money. Avoid at all costs!!! I had pictures to prove they scammed me but they were soulless jerks who did not care. They used my old parts and incorrect parts on my car. Boycott. ZERO stars!!

Went for an inspection. Unfortunately failed for one issue. Had it fixed and returned for my sticker. The problem wasn't that my car failed. The problem was the way they spoke to me. They told me my car was so unsafe it shouldn't be on the road. Couldn't be the furthest from the truth. Failed for 1 minor issue. I felt they talked to me this way because I was a woman and wouldn't know any better. I know cars, I know my car, it was very offensive.

Shady. I kid you not, every time I come here to get an inspection sticker or a last minute oil change the prices have increased. They also add "special charges" for no reason. I need to find a new oil change place ASAP.

I always go here for my oil changes! They are thorough and so so friendly! They do extra little things like filling tires and vacuuming your driver side carpet. I highly recommend!

The team at this location are great examples of great customer service. I was traveling to the Cape and had ran into issue with engine splash shield. I stopped in unannounced on Sat 6/13/20 needing repair. Manager was terrific and stated if I could wait a few minutes they would get me in. They do these all the time. Sure enough, within 10 mins the car was in. I overheard one of the techs say "been fixing these over 15 years, I got all the parts right here". 10 min later I was out the door. Thank you and well done!!!
