If you want the BEST work done on your vehicle this is where you need to go. A tree fell on the roof of my car and they had to replace the roof. You never would know it happened! My family and friends only come here. They are always busy and you have to be put on the calendar but it sure is worth waiting for the professional job they do! Thank you to everyone at Midcape so happy you are here when these unexpected things happen.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Both the owner and front desk associate were rude and unprofessional. I was treated like an inconvenience and with zero respect whatsoever. I ask a question and am put on hold 3 times and question still unanswered, I asked to be transferred to somebody who could give me the information I wanted the tone of voice I got back was completely unnecessary. Collision places should expect to be dealing with people on high stress sistuation because 9 times out of 10 you were just in a car accident or somebody damaged your property some other way so some kindness, patience, consideration would be great. You guys are getting people on their worst days and can't even manage to show an ounce of compassion. I sincerely felt that all that was cared about was financial gain. The impression I got was very cold. I am extremely unsatisfied and would give 0 stars if I could! Don't go through them because in MY opinion: they just want to get as much as they can from us and on to the next one.

I went to get a estimate on My car and they said that they will be out in one second I’ll wait 10 minutes and He came out helping others and went back inside and didn’t come back out. I left. I don’t know how nice you have to be to get good service but I won’t be back here here!
