I had a great experience renting two units! The gentleman at the desk had the patience of Job with me! He opened everything then checked weekend contact and realized I had reserved two larger units. He came right out to the parking lot, gave me the info and brought me back in to get everything corrected. The units I rented were immaculately clean! I would highly recommend.

Outstanding folks there - "Katie" and "Jim" were terrific in identifying/facilitating a storage unit for us to rent under favorable terms. They were cordial and friendly throughout the process in matching us up with a unit that met all our needs.

We have rented various size units over the past two years. Quite expensive, but you are paying for the mid Cape location, near the highway, long operating hours. Unfortunately they do not refund your money even when you vacate after the first week of the month! Make sure you read the fine print of the contract. We even saw a woman living there this summer( in a storage unit)!
