Had a great product by Gatco that we needed to replace a broken one and insured it would fit the existing mounting so no additional drilling of tiles was necessary. Broken one was from discontinued model from years ago.

We used Cape Cod Brass to provide all the cabinet hardware for our house build in Florida. They had previously done a fantastic job for us on a remodel of our Cape Cod house about 5 years ago and we really wanted to use them again. Alan was extremely helpful in working with us on selections and getting all our hardware ordered and shipped to our Florida contractor. We had a number of items that needed a little lead time and Cape Cod Brass provided estimates on delivery and came through every time. No issues whatsoever -- very pleased customers, for the second time around!

As the selection & ordering coordinator with Huffman's Construction Group please let me assure you that this company lacks integrity and I will never order or recommend this company. We purchased 11 door handles for our client, we spent over $1,100.00. After a week of the handles being installed they started to diminish their color. I reached out asking if there was a way to get an exchange for these items and they said that the handles are EXPECTED to lose their color over time and they cannot take the return or exchange since we installed them. I understand that the door handles may lose color over time but 1 week, 7 days, is not over time. My boss reached out to see if there was a way we could work this out because we did not ruin or damage the handles, they are defective. Josh, the person who was emailing us said that his manager Robert knows everything that was discussed and gave the final call. Attached are the photos of the handles & also their responses. Please, do not use this company.Also, if unlacquered brass means the color will diminish in a week then that needs to be noted on the website and the product specs. Very disappointed.

Excellent prices. The original lockset was sent out with the wrong key code. One phone call and the correctly keyed lockset was sent out. Great people to deal with.
