Cape and Islands Mitsubishi provided me with great service. From choosing the right model of car to ensuring that the model that I chose would fit in my budget, they helped me navigate smoothly through the whole sale transaction. Amalia (service advisor), was very kind and knowledgeable about the car’s features, answering all questions promptly. She took good care of me and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. Carlos (sales manager) also made sure that finances would work for me with no hassle. I definitely recommend them and Cape and Island Mitsubishi either you’re shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle!

Competence, professionalism, excellent service, a few months ago I bought my car from Mitsubishi, I'm loving my car, safety and comfort; what I was looking for. The technician did not reset the onboard computer to adjust for an oil change and transmission fluid change over. I had to return to the dealer to have the computer reset. In addition, there was no new oil change sticker affixed to the windshield - I had to ask for that. Other than these details the customer service is very good and the technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. The dealership is physically awful and needs to be completely remodeled in every way.

I highly recommend this dealership. Especially Amalia she has given me nothing but a Great experience, professionalism, and the drive to make sure I was happy with what I was getting and getting me into a car. I just bought my second new car from here and Amalia and the finance department did nothing but work hard to make sure I left the same day in my new car. A big shout out to Carlos from finance as well he worked effortlessly to make sure I got approved and drove away the same day as well

The head service associate that did my brakes is always professional and the girl that checks me in is always very nice.I was a customer service manager for years and your company is lucky to have them also the fellow that sold me the car always asks me how the car is when I am in the service dept.
