Do not send your package to this Amazon hub location. The staff and management is untrained on the process on how to release packages. I had a package delivered to this location drove 45 minutes from Provincetown to pick it up to be told by the woman behind the counter that she didn't know the passcode and she didn't know how to give me my package. So I wasted 45 minutes drive and still was not able to get the package. The next morning I called to see if the problem resolved and still had the same answer they don't know the passcode. I called Amazon and spoke with a representative which refunded my money instantly and pointed blame on the gas station telling me that there was no other stores in the area having that issue. It comes down to the store management not training their staff on how to do Amazon picks ups. Save yourself the trouble and make sure to send it to a locker instead! These people at the station are incompetent!!!

I have been going to this gas station for a long time and the day people are great but yesterday around 539pm 7/28/22 I decided to buy my lottery ticket there I walked in girl behind the counter was on her phone, I greeted her and I said good afternoon she ignored me and stayed on our phone and I replied you must be too busy on your phone to service customers and I left.

I bought a chicken caesar wrap it smelled horrible and the chicken inside was hard. Definitely not coming back here

I don’t like doing this but the clerk named, Kathy- she must have been having a bad day. I had my passport to get smokes and was refused service after she made a mistake at looking at the date of issue year. She wouldn’t allow me to purchase anything because she simply didn’t like my attitude. Horrible customer service. I will never get gas there again.

My sister went there and purchased 50.00 in gas to fill her tank. She had some trash in her car from fast food. She put it in a bag and then put it in the trash can . All of a sudden a person starts yelling at my niece you can't throw that away here. I am telling the manager. The manager comes out and starts yelling goes to the trash takes out the bag and hands it to my sister. My sister is like I am not taking that. The manager then proceeds to say that she will call the cops for illegal dumping. What this is messed up she only threw out fast food containers and put them in a bag before she placed in the trash. We will never come her again very unprofessional and rude. The right thing to do would be to find out what was going on first before threatening to call the cops. Unbelievable!

Manager Sheila refused sales to my passenger because he did not have ID. When I went into store to purchase, she refused sale because she"believed I was not using the purchase. Not a state law. Rude service & bad judgement also refused information to speak with better English speaker who could explain service. I'd rather run out of gas than return to this station
