We highly recommend Reed Appliance Service. After our induction cooktop cracked I called and promptly received a call back. I had ordered the replacement part, but was unsure about trying to install it. Eagan said as soon it arrived, call and he would be here with a day or two. Called on a Friday and he called that day to say he would be here Mon am. Arrived on time, replaced the cooktop quickly and completely cleaned up the work area. Price was as quoted. Will be passing their name on to all our friends and family. Very professional company!

Great experience. I had a dishwasher and washer that were acting up. Egan and Tom showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They identified the problems and fixed them in a reasonable amount of time and cost. We had a really good experience with Reed Appliance. While the answer wasn't what I was hoping for (our dishwasher was end of life and couldn't be repaired due to parts being discontinued), the team was great. They were highly responsive to my initial call, very flexible with time of day for their arrival, called 10 minutes ahead before arriving, and were spot on time. They were kind, thorough, and a pleasure to work with.

This is the first time I have given a business 5 stars when ReedAppliance never came to my home. My 'fridge was making so much noise, especially when I opened the freezer drawer. I called and it went like this: "Well, try this first, before I make a house call. You may be able to fix it yourself". Okay...??? So, followed the directions and, like a miracle, all fixed. How many times has that happened to me? Never. This fellow will get all my business in the future and I will spread the word about his helpfulness.

Adrian came to my home on time and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He had the spare burner module for my oven in his van and was able to quickly replace it. While we had the unit taken apart he showed me where the issue was and explained expertly. When I tell you that it took longer for my oven to pre-heat than for him to make the repairs that is no exaggeration. He stuck around to make sure that all oven functions were in good order and working properly before leaving. The whole visit was less than an hour and I could not be more grateful. Adrian's expert repair work, professional demeanor, and attention to cleanliness are all reasons I would hire him again. Scheduled an appointment with Reed to repair our washing machine. I gave the error code and my diagnosis. They said they had that part on the truck and would schedule a time. They also quoted a reasonable price for the repair. On appointment day (in spite of two prior storms), they called ahead to let us know they were coming at the promised time. Two techs showed up with the required part and had machine up and running within an hour. Price was as quoted. Machine runs great. it's the way things are supposed to happen but rarely do these days.

The oven of my Kenmore Range recently stopped heating, so I messaged Reed Appliance Service on Yelp for a quote. I received a response from Eagan almost instantly! He was professional, kind and transparent. I highly recommend that you contact him with any appliance issues or repair questions that you may have.

I was referred to Reed Appliance. My washer machine was not draining properly. I called left a message they called back in 5 minutes. He said I can tell you how to fix it. I said ok but if it doesn't work I will call you back. I tried and it worked. I'm so happy to know there are people out there that don't take advantage of you. Next time I have a problem with an appliance I will defiantly call Reed Appliance. So happy!!!
