If I could give zero stars I would. Called to request a quote to move a pool table I had found on marketplace. I received the quote and said I would call him back. Within the next hour he decided to go find the table on marketplace and offer the woman more money than what she was asking. I know this because I asked the woman for the name as he gave me the feeling he would do this while on the phone with him. This is a terrible way to run a business. Please be warned before calling to move a pool table you are interested in purchasing as he may buy it out from under you to make a profit instead.

Bruce and John did a fantastic job setting up my new table! They were fanatics about getting it perfectly level, and I'm thrilled to now be able to practice at home. They did it the next day. Communication was clear. I'll definitely work with these guys for any service/support needed in the future.
