“Had the greatest time working here for 13.5 years. If a department head asks you for an inappropriate photo, management considers the issue resolved if you block them on your phone. I was also told to not contact HR in other circumstances.Their Worker's Compensation Insurance Affidavit expired August 1st, 2022. I got injured on the job 13 days afterwards. When I left the company in November 2023 they still hadn't gotten a new one. To this day, my leg is in constant pain from that incident.I am happily employed elsewhere now, thank god.”

“When my 28+ yr pharmacy failed to obtain my prescription 9+ days after calling it in (I always call a good 5 days ahead... unusual 'script), I contacted this Walgreens in S.Yarmouth, spoke to intelligent life, who went above & beyond & got it in <24 hrs....They knew the warehouse had one bottle...same warehouse=major fail by the one near my house. After all my loyalty & their 28+ yrs of turnover, can't deny it was a total failure...they could have ordered that bottle 3+ times all week.SO-O-O HAPPY TO HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN!! She transferred my prescription from another branch that was closed unbeknowst to me due to holiday. She was professional, courteous and helpful. And so was Edwin from who I picked up my prescription at drive up. Thank you for having such a great team in place. “This is now a Walgreens. I was traveling from another state and needed a prescription filled. Elizabeth in the Pharmacy Went above and Beyond to get my prescription filled. This was on the weekend nonetheless. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing. The store was very clean. The pharmacy has a drive-through which is a nice option for many people. “Would be nice if people who leave reviews here would be more understanding. They don't close early because they want to, they close because they cannot have employees work extremely long shifts. For example, if an employee is sick, they cannot have another employee work all day everyday. Part of the problem is understaffing as well. Because housing is too expensive for people who would otherwise be available to work on the cape.”

Have cameras outside the restrooms if you need, but how dare they be closed to the public!!! Apparently there are individuals who can’t handle nice things……..Manager was helpful.”

“I have been to this CVS on many occasions. Three times alone in the past week. (I am usually "on the Cape" three to four times a year for periods of four to ten + days).... Several days prior to Christmas I needed a prescription to be called in by a doctor from Pennsylvania. The person I spoke with at the pharmacy was EXTREMELY helpful. Then when I picked up the script, the woman at the pharmacy counter was so friendly and courteous. All three people who have helped me at checkout (front of the store have been stellar) even when the line was wrapped around the isle on Christmas Eve. And I wrote everyone's name down and am having difficulty remembering - of course. There is even one woman (employee) who helped me so much in the aisle (with eye cream). I have those names somewhere. Otherwise it's another excuse to go in to use my extra bucks.”
