“Went to the outlet to exchange 2 gifts. The manager, I think she was, (a beautiful black woman) was extremely helpful and kind. When I didn’t have the receipt, she offered to assist with looking it up with the phone number, which I didn’t have. She remained kind and calm, even when I became frustrated. She offered to roll back video footage to assist with a purchase date and time. In the end, I got the phone number and did the exchange. Overall, it was a great experience with a very hospitable person. Thank you”

“Went to WHBM for the first time on Friday night 15 minutes before they closed. Went in to see if they had suits for women. The two female staff there were so friendly and helpful even though they were about to close. They helped me try on a variety of suits and I found a set that I love. I was so impressed by their help I’m writing a Google review! Haha. I haven't experienced this kind of care at a retail store in years. I looked online to check out their styles and I will definitely visit this store again to shop for other outfits!”

“Love this location! I know it's an outlet store BUT they usually always have stuff 60% off and they do have a nice selection for woman and men. They have clothing , accessories and they have active wear which is super cute. Every-time I come to this location the workers are super nice the store is always very clean and the store isn't cluttered. The fitting rooms are also always very clean. Always great deals I feel like the whole store is always so cheap , feels like a clearance store to me. This store is located inside wrentham village. I'm not a preppy kind of dressy but they have a lot of different styles lately , I love their new active wear it's super cute. Give this place a go and I promise you that you will feel like this store is always on sale.”

“I had the best experience shopping at the LOFT Outlet at the Wrentham Outlets! All of the woman working there were so encouraging and helpful! I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in (a leopard coat) and Kathleen was eager to compliment me as I tried on the coat, making me that much more excited to buy it. She also steered me in the right direction for getting the amazing deal by opening a card to get a large percentage off of my purchase! Connie, the store manager was wonderful and super efficient and quick in getting me set up with the rewards card. “When I shop at Pink Pigeon, I love that I can holler from the dressing room "Ashleigh, I need help" or "Kristyn, can you come look at this?" and not only do they come and help, but they are honest, helpful and body positive. Their clothes are better quality than I'm finding in box stores and I feel good knowing that when I spend money there, I am supporting a small, women-owned business. This business supports a family, pays for cheerleading and dance classes and puts food on a table. When I swipe my card at Target, I feel guilty and sort of bad, so I'm making an active and conscious choice to shop small because it feels better. Shop small, shop often, shop local- our communities are stronger when our small businesses are strong.”
