The watch collection was good but the 2 lady staff were very rude. They are not even responding to us and gave very judgemental looks and answers. I had too choose the store because the fossil was closed early, They even charge extra for the same brand watch box. Which they have to tell us before buying it

Very happy with the watch selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I found a new watch. Great product. Great price. Personal service. She adjusted the band to fit my wrist. Warranty included.

I came in today and I asked if they sell batteries. The gentleman mentioned that they don't but if they sell the watch brand here they will change it for $10 . I WAS ALL ABOUT THAT! I was greatful for them because my mom was leaving the country at 5 and I was able to fix it for her at 10:30 am on Sunday. Thank you for your swift and awesome service

I recently went back to the store where I purchased 2 Michelle watches to have batteries changed out. Jai and Nayleena assisted me and during the battery change of one watch, I learned that my watch was in fact not working despite the new battery. I was given the option to send it out for repair ( not knowing how much the repair would cost) or was given the option to select a brand new watch like the broken one at an amazing discount. Both store associates were excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. Thank you both for a great shopping experience.
