UGG has the worst website possible. Links never work, address on my order was incorrect from their end & I lost my package. I’ll never shop UGG again on the website. Terrible customer service also through the website!

My wife and I got the sickest deal of all time on a sweet pair of Ugg slippers!However, the customer service rivals a Burger King, and the cashier was either rude or mute!

I’ve been calling this location for days …I don’t understand how a global business can not answer the BUSINESS phone or empty the voicemail. This location shows that they have horrible service and they lack care for their customers. This company has made tons of money off of their customers this holiday season and they cannot have the common courtesy to pick up the phone. This is completely ridiculous, especially after calling the UGGs customer service and they could not get in touch with the store as well. It’s completely ridiculous that you can’t even visit your local UGG outlet store without having horrible customer service experiences. To end this review, it’s simpleDO BETTER !!

The man at the counter was very kind and welcoming but the girl who let people in looked absolutely miserable and my sister asked for a size and she wouldn’t even help us just gave us an attitude. She had orange hair.

The store prevents people from going in 20 minutes prior to closing…. Or 30. Or I guess whenever they feel like it? Imaging if you were trying to make it here based on published store hours, and called to confirm. But only to find you can’t go in just because?? Must be a frustrating experience. I wonder if this is standard practice for the brand. If it is, may I suggest just changing the hours then so you don’t upset customers who are trying to spend money at your store?

Would NEVER recommend this store to any of my family or friends. On 11/25/22 this Ugg location double charged my card (nearly $300 each time) and as of 11/29/22, I have yet to see a refund. I have reached out for assistance but the only help I have gotten is from a cashier (she is very sweet, but I don't believe this is her problem). I cannot believe a manager or anyone from corporate has not reached out to me about this issue.I am under the impression that the "double charge" issue is a common occurrence, based on what the cashier said to me. Clearly the store needs a new POS system or some way to address this problem. It seems illegal to me to steal from a customer and then not return money for several days, but obviously Ugg does not care about its customers. What if the money Ugg double charged me was all I had to provide for my family? I'm lucky that I'm fiscally stable enough to not be severely impacted by the double charge, but what about someone in a different financial situation?I have never and will never shoplift, but I wouldn't judge a fellow customer from stealing from this store ONE bit. If Ugg can rob customers, customers should return the disrespect.

Terrible customer service, locked doors on 5 customers 15 minutes before they were closing. Proceeded to mock me once a different customer opened door for me, absolutely ridiculous terrible customer service. I understand they want to go home I’m sure it was a long day, but you do not mock customers ever especially if you are in the wrong for locking doors on paying customers. Will not be shopping there ever, have never had a worse experience while shopping.

Ist and last time going very rude staff!! not helpful at all. Nobody was smiling or greeting the customers it was like when you ask them a question in regards of their merchandise they seemed as if your bothering them. I never have put a review out but this store I had to. To the corporate office please go into your stores more often and see how customers are really treated.

It is around 50 minutes far from Boston by Car. A good tip is to download the app in advance, you can find discounts. On the weekends is crowded, so better to have a plan of your needs. The prices are good and in general they have enough stock of the things. Take a picture of where do you park. Only fast food available.
