Stayed here two nights. Accommodation was perfect. Big room, very clean and you have all the stuff you need. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

The room are new, the staff is really friendly and they offer complimentary breakfast as well. The place has a small kitchen within the room and the essential utensils with dish washer.The bathroom door of my room required some fixing but as I was staying for a night only it didn’t bother me much.The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Being a Marriott member has it perks, the hotel offered free onsite parking which was a cherry on the cake.Overall good stay!Rooms: The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean.Nearby activities: Very close to Providence and Boston downtownSafety: The hotel is very safe. I stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in May, 2023 during the weekend of the Taylor Swift Eras concert. The suites are modern and well-appointed. The hotel is in a great location with close proximity to Gillette Stadium. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that our room wasn’t ready at the time of check in. We wanted to just stop at the hotel, check in and drop our bags in our room and then head over to Gillette for the concert, but we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour with lots of other parties as the rooms were not ready. The front desk clerk told me she would call my cell when our room was ready, but she never did. I finally got in line again and made my way to the counter only to find out that the room was ready and I never received a call. It was very frustrating. They were also super-busy due to the concert, but I wish there had been a little more planning in anticipation of the sold out rooms so guests would be stuck waiting in the lobby for hours. They did have Taylor Swift music playing in the lobby and a dispenser filled with a signature drink called Lavender Haze, which were really nice touches. I’d stay here again.

I stay in hotel rooms approximately 120 nights a year and I have to say without a doubt this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! Brand new, super clean, and the bathrooms are fantastic! I love the waterfall shower head! Definitely plan on staying at this hotel again whenever I'm in the area!Rooms: Brand new and super clean! Had a great 1 night stay at the adjoining Springhill Suites, I decided to stay a second night at TownPlace Suites. New complex with a bar in the lobby and complimentary breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Mattress was terrific as well. I didn't quite enjoy the couch in the living area. It's not very comfortable. Hotel location is convenient to Gillette Stadium and Xfinity Center.

Great hotel if you are going to Gilette for something, I think there is a casino nearby too. Rooms were large and clean. Staff was helpful.

I've stayed in a few different rooms here and every one of them is spacious and clean, and I love the fact that they have kitchens to cook your food in. They also have a good variety of food at breakfast time.

We travel to the are often, and had stopped using area hotels because they were outdated and lacked amenities. However, we recently discovered thus little gem and loved our stay. The staff was very friendly. The amenities were plentiful, and our room was perfect. We would stay here again.

Love this place... 1 bedroom suite for 3 of us. Perfect weekend. I noticed there was a grill for use for the hotel guests... Can't wait to go back to grill and chill. My son of 5 years loved the pool. I didn't utilize the bar, but it was a cool scene in the in the lobby area.

Rooms was decievingly smaller than pictures. Appeared clean at first glance but vanity in closet was covered in sticky makeup clearly not wiped, bedside drawer had hairs in it, and shower had not been cleaned. Tape and stains going down walls. Just not that clean all around. Water pressure sucks but it was hot! Breakfast was a disappointment, out of everything. Pool was chilly and was out of towels. The location saves this place.

Had a pretty good guest experience here for some short term housing. Good if you're in between apartments or in a transitionary phase of life. Well appointed rooms, great amenities on the property, and extremely convenient location with everything nearby. Kevin and Alex were great hotel employees. Very helpful, friendly, and well suited for the role. Thanks.

Huge Marriott fan. This one needs a little work….TV in main bedroom did not work. Was a Suite Night upgrade. Not much food for breakfast. Went down at 9am. You need to order more for busy Sundays. We went to a diner in Foxboro Center. Security lock on door was broken. It is a $10 fix and the hotel is only a couple years old? Disappointing at best. Good location.

We came to this hotel from another Marriott extended stay hotel that we were very displeased with. What a difference it has been here. The staff have been helpful, friendly and proactive. The hotel is bright and clean. The fitness center is well equipped and the equipment is in very good condition. The kids enjoy playing basketball, giant chess and shuffleboard outside. Breakfast is hot and tasty.The only thing we have come across we find odd would be that we have a full kitchen to cook your meals, but no table and chairs to eat the meal at…. But hey, if that is the only complaint we can come up with, then we will consider this a great place to stay

I cannot express enough how happy we were with our stay! The night desk staff was AMAZING! We got moved here by hotels.com after a nightmare booking at a hotel up the road (not related to this chain) it was late when we arrived there was some confusion when we got there but it was fixed easily. Entire hotel is super clean. Room was amazing and had fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Our room didn't have a bath tub which was a little disappointing but maybe other rooms have them.. Free breakfast buffet in the morning which we brought back to our room. They have an outdoor fire next to a BBQ area (yes they have grills!) An oversized checkers area and a basketball court. I really wish we could have stayed longer.
