Had an issue with my Butter Timberlands, whereas inside of boot lining was defective from factory. The management team just needed to see the issue firsthand!! Long story short management replaced without any issues. Resolving customer concerns is a high priority at this location??????

It was a clean store with attentive salespeople. It seemed geared more toward their apparel than toward their footwear. I've been in other Timberland outlet stores that have had more footwear selections. I was able to find boots that I liked and the size I needed.
