I have been to this Ted Baker store many times and it's always pleasant and very welcoming. The staff is well trained and very polite. I looked at some of their sale items and they had a lot of good choices, but while there, I happened to get on their website and I found a few items that were on clearance, that were not available at this store in Massachusetts. I placed my order online right then and there and got my items within a few days. I got two shirts that usually go for $160 each for about $45 each on average. Great deal on great shirts that will last a long time. The quality and the craftsmanship of Ted Baker is legendary.

Love the design and quality of Ted Baker but absolutely hate going in this store. As others have said, the staff at this place is not welcoming at all and makes you feel so uncomfortable. They stare at customers walking in to the store and don’t care at all.

We walked in and the person working completely ignored us and the customer service was terrible. Not a single women’s dress above a size 3. In 2023 that’s just shameful. Do NOT recommend

I am giving 1 star because we like ted baker and for the clothes otherwise i would have given 0 rating and one woman who was ok friendly in talking , but one store guy/ man is very rude in his behaviour he didn’t allow customers to touch clothes , his behaviour is bad for two times unbearable. We just need to face the insult from this store due to that guy. This guy was speaking to his peer and the women at counter also changed their behaviour. We don’t understand what his problem was. He was staring us very intimidating, violent and aggressive. He body language is aggressive and doesn’t give way to customers also. I was scared with his behaviour. Not acceptable very uncomfortable behaviour. He didn’t allow us to touch clothes because he has to again keep in place. Then what for he is working for. Unacceptable behaviour. We just felt something weird and just need to leave the place. Store Management must look into this.

I just came to Ted Baker at Wrentham. The employee there slammed the door shut on me and said “WE ARE CLOSED.” Extremely impolite employee.

Oh boy oh boy! Luuuurved my purchases, albeit I think they were on the pricier side of the spectrum. Ted Baker can do a bit better with the prices. It's an outlet store, not the actual store. Affordability is key.

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCEI purchased pants there, get back to store 2 days later to return, didn't wear them still original sticker on it. Asked for return lady said no don't do return money just exchange or credit store even TED BAKER web page say 14 days money back return policy. I said ok and went to check some stuff, lady disappear and send some Gentleman to deal with return, HE ACTED LIKE BODY GUARD :-), no reason for that I just come to return 50$ pants and didn't argue just said they should let the customer know during purchase that they don't provide MONEY BACK , that is it, I don't want to fight for 500$ let alone 50$ just politely mentioned to warn the customer .... I don't need TED BAKER there is plenty great store around just feel unpleasant even go there in future... Hope they will do great in this rough time.
