“The thr entire staff was polite and helpful and a spcial thanks to the print specialist who was absolutely fantastic going the extra mile to assist me with my needs and make sure everything was perfect and it was at the last minutes of the day were usually people are tired and agitated but this was not the case absolutely outstanding service and this is now my home store I will be back for all my printing and shipping needs. “My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else. “We shipped an antique grandfather clock across the country to California. The clock was delivered safe and sound. Thanks to Craters and Freighters of RI for an excellent and professional packing job. Even the delivery man remarked that the crates were not damaged and in great condition for a X-country trip. “I love the cozy feel of this post office, and the service that I receive there every time I go. Parking is usually very easy for me to find and the lines are usually very short. If I have any questions about anything, they are always answered, and I appreciate the efficiency of this post office. Thank you for all you do.”
“Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”

“In town from NC visiting family in Boston. My challenge was to ship this Patriots corn hole game back to my NC home. 1st stop post office to see if they had a box big enough. No go. The post master suggested Staples. Thankful he did. We went to this Staples. Jackpot. The manager Daniel was helpful and amazing. He helped me select the correct items for packaging since they didn't have a box it would fit into. Daniel then proceeded to wrap the corn hole game like a pro. Not sure why the rating for this location is so low. Maybe it was before Daniel. Thanks again!!! My package reached as promised in great condition. And the price was compatible to the u s post office.”

“On Monday, 11/27/2023, I arrived at FedEx Office before closing (7:00 pm), but I missed the last pickup time (5:00 pm). I really wanted to get my package to its destination by the next day. The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday.
