I bought 2 purse less than a year ago and the use I give them is very minimal. When I bought it in the store, they assured me that if the purse suffered factory deterioration, they would take care of it.I didn't realize that the bag was losing color very quickly so I brought it to the store and now it turns out that they are going to charge me for the repair, I was shocked because I supposedly paid for something of quality and it turns out that it is a Garbage, do not buy handbags here, it is not worth the price they are asking, I will never buy anything from this brand again

Customer service tonight was horrible. I tried opening the door at around 7:30pm and it was locked then the staff (2 guys and a woman) were just staring at me and I kept trying to open the door as I had called earlier and they mentioned they close at 9pm and that's when they walked towards the door to open it.No one greeted me or even acknowledged me. They continued talking to each other (it seemed like I was a bother). I felt very unwelcomed. There is absolutely no comparison to today's experience from my last experience when a nice, helpful and very knowledgeable woman assisted me and I purchased 2 items then.The only woman working tonight later decided to offer her assistance after she was done conversing with her employee who left and had a really negative attitude - not friendly at all. I really loved the boots but customer service was terrible and def pushed me to check other stores.I hope the nice lady who worked there still works there maybe weekends

Was good customer for long time. They had sign All handbags 20% off full price and sale. Salesperson said it was included in the sale when I was looking at bag. I went to pay for mine and they said that it was a wallet. No sign calling it a wallet. It didn't have credit card slots. It is crossbody. I asked if bc of poor signage they would honor 20%. They said No. As a good Ferragamo customer for over many years, it'll cost them thousands of dollars. They were not apologetic and did not care at all. I skipped the handbag and shoes I was going to buy out of principle

I went in to this store last night with my brother who was looking to buy shoes for his upcoming wedding. We have been into the store before and will never go back to this location. Upon entering he was trying to get ahold of the saleswoman in the store to help him get his size in the back. She left for a minute and came back to say she doesn’t have his size. He then asked if he can try on another pair of shoes in his size in which she responded , “no that won’t work they are all different shoes.” He then held up the same pair of shoes he asked for but in a different color and asked to try on those. She blatantly walked away from him and he repeated himself. She came back and said again “no, that won’t work.” She provided aggressive remarks and turned her back on us. The most astonishing part was she walked away as we were speaking to her. I was completely disgusted by the rude customer service and we will not be returning or giving this store business ever again.

Love, love, love this store and the amazingly helpful staff. Years ago it was the beautiful scarfs that captured my attention but over the years I have begun exploring their clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. This store just keeps getting better and better.

No refunds or exchanges. Bought a Christmas gift (shirt) for my son who loves this store. It didn't fit and we were told there is a no refund or exchange policy so wasted money. My fault for not inquiring before purchasing. Great store and nice people. Bad policy.

I love this place and so does my wife. Great beautiful handmade Italian shoes for men and women that are discounted about 200- 300 bucks a pair on average. I just wish they had a better selection of shoes my size. It is always hit or miss here but I love the store. Art the salesman is awesome.

Went in multiple associates sitting around talking wasn’t greeted nothing just a glare from all the employees then they went right back to their conversation. Couple came in was greeted started showing them bags and things in the glass cases trying to make a sale. Immediately left won’t shop somewhere I don’t feel wanted especially when your charging $350 for a belt. Customer service should be better at a designer store like this. Not a huge fan but I’ll give it another chance and update my review.

Awful. On Monday I ordered a very expensive summer dress, I needed it in a larger size than they had in stock but the Asian assistant assured me that the larger size would fit and if I paid for it then I would have it in two days, which would have been perfect because as I told him I need it for an event on Sunday (tomorrow). SIX DAYS LATER I AM STILL WAITING. I cannot wear it to the event bought it for. No one answers their phone. I have left two messages. No response. I have left two messages with the owners of the Wrentham complex, no response. I now mistrust that it will fit me, if it arrives at all. This will become a police matter if they do not contact me soon and give me the dress or a refund. At this stage I'd prefer a refund, who needs this appalling conduct? ... I wish I'd read the other reviews first - the real ones - but it was my first visit to Wrentham.
