Omg, absolutely horrible. Me and my wife went yesterday and the female African-American cashier couldn't be bothered to remove the security tag, as we realized when we got home. Not only that, but she had the worst attitude, was just plain rude which shouldn't be tolerated. People need to stop tolerating subpar behavior in this state and country, then this is when things will change over time! The manager of this store needs to train people properly or clean house for people who really don't want to be there. If you want to be treated well, and are tired of terrible customer service experiences, especially these days, go to another Saks.

What a joy to shop at this location! The amount of choices will amaze you! The Shoe area had so many styles that I had to pick a pair out! Great Service and the value made it worth while to buy here!
