From the moment we walked in the door Rod and Mark were excellent. What terrific representation for this brand. My wife and I have returned many many times because those two. Both are clearly special people with a strong skills in customer service. The company and customers are lucky to have them.

Absolutely love these shirts and brand. I’m always wearing one of them!! My first time visiting an outlet store and glad I did. The only issue I wish I would have started there in the beginning as I was exhausted and would have bought plenty more :) !!!
Rod was amazing is helping me choose and was right about the tailored fit on the large shirt (I have someone to give it too). Also my first time buying pants from Robert Graham and I looks like I’ll be wearing a set.

I visited the outlet coming from Canada today and did some shopping. I was impressed with an excellent customer service provided by Rod Currier at the premium outlets. I bought few things due to his excellent salesman ship and customer service. I came from Canada. I appreciate this guy and please pass on my appreciation to him. Iqbal Zaidi from Canada.

Not sure why it's labeled closed but did go there today. The gentlemen there were very kind and helpful. Store was extremely clean, neat and organized.

Great designs. Staff can be hit or miss in terms of helpfulness. Love my shirts. The Hudson pants/jeans are very expensive yet very poorly made and didn't survive their first wash.

Beautifully designed "luxury" clothing store. The clothes are where my one star go too. Went here to buy a few outfits for an upcoming cruise and the middle aged man behind the register didn't acknowledge me when I went into the store, didn't ask me if I needed help or even a quick hello. I was interested in a couple of outfits but the standoffish nature of the guy behind the counter lost my business. Shame, because the designs were very nice. If you can't even pretend to be kind when slinging 150$+/pc clothing than find a different job.
