We actually like this store, but must comment on the customer service. In the past customer service was great, with pleasant, helpful employees. If this last time was our first time visiting, it would definitely be the last. The male was asked a simple question and we were provided a look of disgust and sigh as if we bothered him. Sad, because Lucky should have better representation.

The website states this store opens at 10am on Sundays. I was there right at 10 and it was not open. I called the phone number and it rang and rang. I went back a little bit later and still no one was there and the door was locked. I called several times during the day and again on Monday and no one answered. I finally called Lucky Headquarters to find out if the store was shut down and they said it was not. They contacted the store and the person said the store does open at 10 and that they were at the store at that time. Trust me, the lights were out, the door was locked and no one was there at 10.

I never find anything to buy at their outlet stores. Much better selection and prices at TJ Maxx.

Great staff & store... super disappointed with the two pairs of jeans that I purchased. I always buy 363 straight dark wash & the quality of these jeans is terrible. I should have known that these jeans were made for their discount store.. paper tag vs. the leather tag on the real Lucky Jeans. The jean fabric is a different weight - the cut is different (shorter by an 1") and when they were washed the jeans shrunk to the point where I can't wear them - cold water wash/med dryer temp. I'm out over $150 :(

My boyfriend an I went to Wrentham Outlets Lucky Brand store last Sunday 1/26/2020. Giving it 1-star rating solely for the fact that nobody even greeted us, offered to help us or say anything when we left empty handed. Only thing we did end up getting though, were looks from some of the workers there.. I said, "have a great day" as I walked out. 5-star rating for their clothes though.. j.s.

Clothes always fit me so comfortably . there's all styles lengths colors tops sweaters and jumpsuits. Whole store to accommodate you recommended highly
