I lost my receipt and I was just exchanging and I have email with them they didn’t want to do it for me so now I have to throw away shirt for $40!!

absolutely not recommendable. staff is mostly not familiar with the products and therefor can't really help the customer. They don't even say hello when you come in. very bad atmosphere. Never again!

Please read my review before buying anything from this store. I bought a few t-shirts and shorts from here, but I wanted to wash them before wearing them. After taking them out of the dryer, I noticed that all of the products I bought had shrunk, and I went to return them with the receipt, but they did not accept the return even though I had the receipt. I will never shop from here again.

I bought a watch which I very much liked the black background and white lettering and easy to read…. What I was very disappointed in is that the minutes hand is not white like the hour hand is and I find it very hard to find and see the green min. Hand…. It’s too dark…. It makes me have buyers remorse because of the green min. Hand.

Poor attention! Today 09/29 We were treated very badly by the seller! he didn't want to tell me his name! but he wears glasses and was working at 12:00 ! I hope the company takes action because its customers are being poorly attended by employees who are not satisfied with their work

Visited the store today august 3, 2022. When I walked in, two girls and a boy where chatting behind the register. They stared at me, but none of them greeted me. Walked around the store. I spotted a white shirt and proceed to the counter . When I asked if I could try it on, they bluntly told me the fitting room was closed and continue chatting.Good deal though, but I was so disgusted by the non-existing customer service that I decided to go spend my money elsewhere. These people are a disgrace to the Lacoste brand.
