Wrentham is good in some ways and not good in others. The 67 the cellar is amazing and the beers are 4/5 stars and being able to walk around with them is sweet ( disclaimer cannot go in stores with) . The deals are not the greatest. you can get better deals on line. But you need a gift or merchandise is a hurry it's the place to go.

Overall this outlet has some quality upper end stores and a better than average selection of stores for premium outlets honestly. I've been to outlets in Washington State, Virginia, Oregon, and they probably have the best selection of stores. Be forewarned, the Nike store has some great but a lot of shoes here are regular price. The Tavern bar is better than the one in Rhode island too

Is the Biggest Outlet Mall in Boston area. They have many well know and high end brands with long list of selections. As all outlet mall does, prices are from 25% to 70% off depending on season. However, I recommend to do some research before digging in to the discounted prices. Sometimes you can find bit more discounts over the net. The whole area is well serviced with great maintenance. But, eateries are very limited.

Paid almost 14 bucks for what was suppose to be a Chicken Shawarma.... Definitely a WASTE OF MONEY......This was the Falafel Truck by the Banana Republic. You're better off getting a $6 hot dog across from them. At least you know what you're getting and can't go wrong w a hot dog. I'd go into detail but I'll let the pics speak for themselves

Love it here and especially on weekdays when they first open! Lots of parking and virtually no one here!! Not sure about weekends or holidays-i'm sure it's insanity-but during the week it's a ghost town!

Was in Dartmouth for the week and needed to get an outfit for a special event. This outlet had a good selection of shops and the bathrooms were conveniently located and clean. Michael Kors, Bath and Body Works, and Tory Burch had nice staff; Coach did not (was ignored by 6 staff members while walking in despite making eye contact). Wasn't able to find everything I wanted but this was still a great outlet.

I bought a beautiful purse right after Christmas and the sales associate, Anthony was amazing. You could tell he loves his job, fashion, and loves Jimmy Choo. This was my first designer bag and I’m so happy I went to this store. They were attentive, kind, and most of all did not pressure me at all. I highly recommend this store! I will be back soon.

Thought on line would be wonderful but they scanned me!!! I placed order heater to coach Order has not been picked there not even a shipping label yet lie one Called they said to call back in yen minutes or as soon as I had an order confirmation number, call back within 10 minutes and guess when I got locked out of my first cart so I had to make a new one and when I checked out, they combine the cart and gave me two pairs now of the same thing cost me double that I obviously don't need them they literally laughed at me Jamall and I forget the other girls name but it's literally a scam. Be careful ordering from the COACH online.store

5 stars is simply not enough stars to demonstrate my utter satisfaction. I ordered a pink snake camera bag as a reward for my 15yo who completed a 5 week intensive summer program at an overnight camp. The package tracking was on delay for several days. I called the store and spoke to Carl the manager who immediately jumped into action took my info found the oder number and got busy. Carl called me back after a short while and delivered bad news that UPS "lost" the package and the bag is sold out. We were crushed. Carl proceeded to turn lemons? into lemonade. He texted me different options and offer to ship overnight. The customer service I experienced was EXCELLENT. We all know in life things happen that are out of our control but the difference is when a company representative can empathize and go beyond to solve your problem! If you're like me this type of service makes me a loyal customer! Tell everyone you go to JC Wrentham for friendly, amazing and kind customer service. Carl is the BEST and runs a well oiled machine ?

Went to pick out a pair of high heels. The male salesman in this store didn't pay attention to his name, but he was really patient and had a very nice attitude. After choosing and choosing, changing and changing, I found a suitable one, but I found a better-looking one online, so I asked the male salesperson. He was very patient and told us that this store no longer existed, but he could help us find out where to buy these high heels. Even if we didn't buy their products, he was still very patient and looked for us and told us which store. What sizes does the store have? Very good shopping experience!

This is an outdoor shopping plaza that's actually very nice to visit this time of year, as it isn't too hot and humid or too cold and snowy out. They've renovated the outdoor walkways with new signage and new features like a small playground and plenty of benches at which to relax throughout.Liz F. hits the spot in noting that most mass-market outlets will have the same stuff here as they do anywhere else - no special deals or labels here. "Outlet" or "factory store" outlets might have clearance merchandise at clearance prices, while ostensibly high-end names like Gucci will likely have cheaper, lower-end items here than their formal "luxury" stores. There are also food trucks and chain eateries scattered around the premises. Not a bad place at which to get in some steps, all while engaging in some retail therapy if that's your thing.
