The lady with glasses is extremely rude. I was told a different return policy when I bought the clothes and this lady just said it’s not her problem that someone gave me wrong information.

Rachel at the Eddie Bauer outlet store was super helpful, offering to order the item I was looking for in the size and color I wanted and have it shipped to my house free of charge.

Visited the store last Saturday and the store manager and the other sales associates who work here are extremely rude and disrespectful. They don't help customers with sizes, collection and they don't accept coupons.

I am an Eddie Bauer customer since long time.But This store Fat lady manager is practicing her own rules. When I went to return item from my online order, she refused to take return as I bought thru PayPal. I called Eddie Bauer and they say store returns are free.

Tonight, on 8/22, I went into the store located at Wrentham Outlets in Wrentham, MA with my girlfriend. We were at the store roughly between 6 and 7 pm. During checkout, the cashier was extremely disrespectful and rude, and nearly ruined our night. While my girlfriend was paying for the purchase, the cashier was not paying attention to us and talking to one of her coworkers. On our way out the door, she yelled at us to come back and sign the digital receipt so the purchase would be completed, so we came back and signed it. As we were walking away, she yelled out again"Oh, you don't want your receipt? Oh, alright then!" in a really loud and obnoxious voice right at our backs. We were taken aback by her rude behavior, and we just walked out. Unfortunately, it upset my girlfriend, and I really hope this doesn't happen to other customers who encounter this employee.

Great selection and the factory outlet pricing at this location. Helpful and friendly staff member made the experience quick and pleasant. Harder to locate the stores but that’s the issue with the Wrentham mall and not this outlet.

I cannot possibly say enough positive things about this store: the selection, the value of the clothing sold there, the patience and the helpfulness of the employees, the ease of finding exactly what you want. The quality, durability, and wearability of the clothing in this store is exceptional. The cut, the fit and the attractiveness of most of their pants, shorts, vests and coats is amazing. I feel comfortable wearing Eddie Bauer items everywhere I go--whether hiking, going out to dinner, or going to work. With the regular sales that they run, the clothing is always a great value. I still remember my first experience there several years ago, when Brandy helped me out for the first time. She was very helpful and personable (and still is!) . I went in just to browse, hoping to find one item, and left with several items. I have consistently found the employees to be outstandingly helpful and courteous. In response to other critical reviews, I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could describe these employees as rude, nagging, mediocre or unhelpful. I have been shopping there for years, and I shop there regularly, so I know this to be untrue. Please ignore those other reviews, and remember that people sometimes have questionable motives for posting negative reviews.I am so grateful to the employees at this store for making my shopping experience so pleasant. They have made it easy for me to find and purchase quality clothing that I will be happy to wear for many years to come.

The woman sales rep greeted me at the door. Then walked me directly to what I was looking for. She even went through all the piles of pants and found my size in almost every color. Thanks for the assistance and great service.
