Return policy is just an awful experience. I love their clothes but will never spend another penny there because of it. Do better.

Rachel at the Eddie Bauer outlet store was super helpful, offering to order the item I was looking for in the size and color I wanted and have it shipped to my house free of charge.

Great selection and the factory outlet pricing at this location. Helpful and friendly staff member made the experience quick and pleasant. Harder to locate the stores but that’s the issue with the Wrentham mall and not this outlet.
