I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a serious quality issue I encountered with the jeans I recently purchased from the store.
Upon returning home, I noticed that the jeans had a significant defect — there is a tear at the back. This kind of quality issue is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a reputable brand like Diesel.
Yesterday, I took the jeans to the Diesel store on Newbury Street, hoping to resolve the issue. However, I was informed that since the purchase was made at the outlet, they were unable to process a return or exchange. This has left me extremely frustrated, as the outlet is located far from where I live, making it very inconvenient for me to visit again.

I am a regular customer of Diesel and Wrentham is my favorite store only because I feel MVP because of Beth who is the star of this store. She always listens carefully and addresses the needs of the customers with top service. Beth values the customers and goes out of norm to get the work done. Thanks Beth.
