Ameila went above and beyond. My daughter and I visited on a busy Saturday. She helped with my exchange and helped looked for several sizes and designs for us. She was also helping many other folks besides us.

The attendant was very helpful and kind, but there were very few discounted or clearance items. Most of them were full price with a small BOGO promotion

Earlier this Christmas, my spouse and I walked into a store where two employees were working. However, neither of them greeted us, and we were left wandering around the store for a few minutes without any assistance. When we asked one of the employees about the price tag discounts, they simply replied that it was after, and then walked away to chat with another staff member. We also tried calling the store five times to ask about a pair of literide sneakers, but no one answered. In my opinion, this store needs to improve its staff quality. If the employees prefer to chat, they should do it at home instead of the store.

Crocs store was easier to navigate the sizes when you can try them on. Not as many gibits options in store. My kids were hoping for more of the options they saw online.

Walked in this store earlier today and the two employees working didn’t say a word to myself or my boyfriend. We spent a few minutes walking/looking around still nothing! I just tried calling the store because I had a question about a pair of literide sneakers. No answer and I’ve called 5 times! This store needs better staff!!

Went in at 6pm 11-14-23. Was the only person shopping. 3 obnoxious workers (I use that term loosely) standing in the way of displayed shoes talking so loud amongst them selves that I gave up and left empty handed. They didn't stop talking the entire time I was in there! I have never been instore before and will never be back. I have worn crocs for the past 10 years....Amazon or TJMAX 1/2 the price no hassle with rude employees!
