“Most of the times this Tommy store has a huge inventory but few weeks ago people were raiding, couldn’t find some sizes but other than that no problems at all. “Overall this outlet has some quality upper end stores and a better than average selection of stores for premium outlets honestly. I've been to outlets in Washington State, Virginia, Oregon, and they probably have the best selection of stores. Be forewarned, the Nike store has some great but a lot of shoes here are regular price. The Tavern bar is better than the one in Rhode island too”

“Love this location! I know it's an outlet store BUT they usually always have stuff 60% off and they do have a nice selection for woman and men. They have clothing , accessories and they have active wear which is super cute. Every-time I come to this location the workers are super nice the store is always very clean and the store isn't cluttered. The fitting rooms are also always very clean. Always great deals I feel like the whole store is always so cheap , feels like a clearance store to me. This store is located inside wrentham village. I'm not a preppy kind of dressy but they have a lot of different styles lately , I love their new active wear it's super cute. Give this place a go and I promise you that you will feel like this store is always on sale.”

“It was very busy when we went but the staff was still helpful and accommodating. The store was so clean and well organized, considering how busy it was! I wish they carried more sizes, but that’s more J Crew as a company and not the outlets fault.”
“The store had some great deals, it was expected to have some lower prices being that it was an outlet. However, we did find a couple of things that we liked. Service was OK. It took us a few minutes to get the attention of one of the workers who was on their phone. Otherwise, once they helped us, everything was great!”
“Great store with awesome deals. We love going to this store. Everything there is high quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is top notch as well. We got home (live about an hour away) and found an extra item in our bag that had mistakenly been put in while bagging. I called them up to see how I could return it and they told me that it was their fault and to keep it. They said they wouldn't expect me to go out of my way to correct their error. I will definitely be going back! Also, they offer a 15% military discount I believe.”

“My experience at this store was terrible however I am giving the manager Deanna high praise for rectifying the poor experience this Burberry location offers.I ordered a handbag it was suppose to be shipped to my home. I never received it after nearly two weeks. I spoke with Deanna over the phone. She quickly found my order and rectified the situation by shipping my bag to home with 2 day fedex.She listened to my concern, was apologetic and rectified the situation in a way that I agreed with.Deanna as a manger gets 5 stars but the experience as a whole gets 4.”
“Went here with my family on Saturday, November 09th,2024 it was a little congested in there . Nice store it's a New American Eagle Outfitters here at The Outlets. We'll- lit . The lines were long and all over the place. Got to use my bday coupon , not alot of clearance stuff was all over the place. Couldn't tell if you are in men's or Women's staff were friendly and helpful. Would probably go back to this American Eagle. Great deal I got ! It's not a bad store !!”
