Worse location . The manger Jackie is very unprofessional. Talks badly about customers . I overheard her talk badly about a customer to a co-worker while they sit there & laugh .

Staff are extremely rude, especially the store manager. Never experienced such a hostile attitude in my life. Would never buy their products because of their disrespectful and awful attitude.

Isles are very cramped and the whole store smells like vomit both times I have been in. But I did buy some cute comfy shoes and returns were easy.

My first shopping experience here was less than average. Sales associate did not greet nor offered to help while I was in the store. I was shopping on a Sunday morning just after the store opened they were very few customers inside. Sales associate seemed disinterested while cashing me out. Fast forward to today when I had to return my purchase. I walked in the building and a woman with purple hair and a black gentleman conversing behind the register. I walked up to the register waited patiently the woman with the purple hair rudely asked me "can I help you" I have clearly just walked in and I'm holding a Clark's bag. No "hello" I said I would like to make a return she asks do you want to return or do you want to exchange I said no I want to return. She flippantly says "he can take care of you" and goes back to looking inside shoeboxes for God knows what. The gentleman doesn't even acknowledge me & just does the return. I will not come back. I actually work in the same outlet and I would never treat my customers that way!

My wife said I was over reacting a little. I love Clarks shoes and socks. This day was socks. Bought like a dozen. Having the manager lady looking over my shoulder I guess is part of her job. Little creepy in my book though.

I had a terrible issue with a pair of shoes I bought for a funeral. I took them out of the box to see the leather peeling off of the heel. I misplaced my receipt and called customer care directly, I was told I would need proof of purchase in order to return them and get a replacement. The woman I spoke with suggested I call the store directly so they could send me a replacement. I called the store I purchased the shoes at and was initially told I needed to come pick up the receipt as they only use FedEx, and they are unreliable (?). I kindly let the woman know I'd be happy to pay for a stamp or provide my email address and she said they can't do that. I asked to speak to the manager and she said I'd need to hold on because he was on his break. Damian, the manager, came on the line, clearly upset that I interrupted his break. I kindly explained the issue to him and asked for a copy of my receipt to be emailed or mailed to me. Damian rudely stated he couldn't verify it was me and that I had actually made the purchase and that I'd need to come to the store with a bank statement as well as my identification. I visited this store while I was on a trip, and would need to drive over an hour to get here. Something that was not feasible before the funeral. Damian wouldn't budge, even stating that Clark's outlet and Clark's corporate/online are two totally different entities and what they had told me was inaccurate. He the let me know he had worked in retail for over 20 years and this is always how it's been with every store. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a store! Frustrated and disappointed, I tried one last effort and messaged Clark's on Facebook and explained my predicament. Candace very kindly answered me and provided a complete and easy resolution to my issue. Within a matter of hours I had the tracking number to a replacement pair. I will NOT be shopping at this store again.
