I will Never shop at this store again. I was there today at around 1:00. I went to return 3 pairs of Capri because the legs were too wide. I wanted to look around so I asked a woman with very black hair to hold them at the counter. I then went into the dressing room. The woman working there was very helpful. I left the dressing room holding a pair of shorts. I was looking around again and was approached by the black haired woman who said pointing to the shorts "Those are the exact thing you are returning " I was stunned and said these are shorts. Her reply was "Oh they are the same material " Never an apology! The cashier also had a surly attitude about my returns and was very annoyed that I asked for a second bag because it was a torrential rain. You really need to do staff training. I loved the staff at the Braintree store which is closed. 5/15/2024

Old Lady with black hair asked me not to touch the jewelry as if I was a child. Gave me GREAT amounts of attitude. Will never shop here again! Pls someone check her.

Really good collections during the Black Friday sale. Salespeople make your shopping experience wonderful by helping you choose the best ones. The fitting room person was so sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend to try the shopping experience.

Had the worst customer service at Chicos outlet in Wrentham today. Had to return a pair of $30 pants because they were too big (yay!) and the tags fell off but I had them and the Receipt and he very rudely told me that they would not take them back and pushed them at me. And when I asked again why not he just said no. The kicker was I was buying $300 worth of merchandise which I decided not to get. Customer service is everything folks. This could be why your stores are closing.
