I have been taking my cars for service to Central Motors since I have found out about them a couple years ago. Since that time they are my "go-to" shop for anything automobile related. They are honest, attentive, and will not try to upsell you into unnecessary service needs. I have also purchase a great used SUV from them and it was a great deal saving thousands of dollars compare to the larger auto dealerships. I cannot recommend them enough

We showed up on Tuesday evening with our 1 and 3 year old to sell our truck and Central Motors made our transaction seamless and as easy as could be! Straightforward, direct and stress free. Highly recommend. Thank you again!

Elliot is THE MAN!!! He is what us 40+ year olds call a “stand up guy.” It’s a dying breed. We have a common family friend that referred us to his shop. Long story short, he got started on my car without a quote from the insurance company (they were dragging their feet), THOUSANDS of dollars of work, completed it in DAYS, and b/c he wants to verify info on the insurance claim but didn’t want me without my car any longer, let me drive off IN GOOD FAITH (he knows my identity, family friend, etc—each case=different)…I’m still bemoaning the fact that this is how the world SHOULD WORK….and would…w/more guys like this. Stand up guy, class act, was there waiting at closing his own shop when my Uber was running late, without me even asking. Thank you so much!!! I’d give you 6+ stars if I could!

Owner gave me a bill of sale for a car and then decided to sell it to someone else.
We had discussed payment on Thursday and Friday had "bought" the car. Gave me a bill of sale, said I'd contact my bank and off the transaction goes. Should've been done before End of Business day. I tried to contact the owner and he ghosted me for three days (Friday thru Monday) and finally said he sold the car to someone else, shortly before opening on Monday. Refused to talk or discuss what happened since.
Careful and buyer beware of the bait and switch this guy does. You'll only waste your time and money.

Very little to no communication . I felt as if I was more interested in doing business then they were . Called 3 times and got the runaround . I decided to take my business elsewhere. Where they actually wanted to sell a car to someone . Wouldn’t recommend

We bought a BMW from Eliot in March of 2021. It was hands down the best, and most "real" buying experience we've had. The car is a 2018, but is flawless. We will be coming here first when shopping for our next car.

Went on their website to view inventory and found about 2 pages of all "SOLD" cars. Aparently they didn't have much to sell but rather tell everyone what they sold or was it just a fake advertising thing , I dont know. I bought a car here before and decided to leave some feedback about my disappointment with their website. In return I got a obnoxioux voicemail back from the owner full of profanities. I would never go back to this place and would discourage anyone from buying here. I'm saving the voicemail for anyone who has any doubts and who would like to hear it.

I recently visited their lot and later their website to check prices. Most all of the inventory they have listed says "SOLD". They had only a few car available, mostly overpriced BMTrouble-Yous. So I decided to provide them with some customer feedback as I have purchased here before (from owner Eliot back then) but would never buy anything here after the return voicemail I got in response to my feedback. My feed back to them was I was disappointed that they had few cars to actually sell but lots of listed SOLD cars. In response I got an obnoxious voicemail from the owner i presume. He was ranting and raving with F bombs and other profanities regarding my customer feedback. Not a smart way to do business to say the least. I would discourage anyone from buying anything from this place after that. I can just imagine how this nut case would react if you bought a car and brought it back when something goes wrong. Heed my warning. This guy was extremely rude and I'm saving his voicemail for anyone who has any doubts and who would like to hear it. Safe to say Eliot no longer owns this place.

We were looking for a preowned BMW with options that are a little hard to find, so ended up traveling to Central Motor Sales since they were one of two dealerships in the state that had the car in stock. We first drove by when they were closed, and liked the appearance of the dealership, as well as the peek we had at the car. We came back the next weekend and bought it. It was hands down the best experience that we've had at a dealership -- no pressure, no haggling, just a good deal on a super nice car. We will start our search at CMS next time we're in the market. Until then, we'll keep sending our friends and family down to check them out.

I purchased a 2016 BMW 435i almost a year ago from Dan & Eliot. While purchasing the vehicle they were nothing but professional and helpful. I was 20 at the time and all other dealers wouldn't give me the time of day, but Dan & Eliot were extremely helpful and gave me awesome customer service. I waited to see how the car would fair before this review, and WOW aside from an oil change ive done absolutely nothing to the car, running perfect like the day i got her. Awesome Dealer, only wish i could give more than 5 stars.

I bought a manual 2009 Audi TT 3.2 from CMS last month, it was a very rare car in great shape for it's age. After a test drive I decided to jump on it, the purchase process was straightforward and I got an amazing financing rate. The whole process was a solid 5 stars.Unfortunately I got a check engine light after a few days and a hefty amount of spirited driving, I don't fault CMS for not catching it as I didn't have any issue for the first couple hundred miles. They had me bring it back and they attempted to fix the issue for me, unfortunately shortly after picking the car up the same issue happened again (CEL and misfire). They sent it to the Audi dealer to get serviced there to make sure that it was fixed correctly, which I very much appreciate. It took 3 weeks to get my car back but now that I have it's been a joy to drive and has been problem free. The only thing I can fault CMS for was that they weren't able to fix the issue the first time, I do wish they had test drove it for a bit longer to verify the repair and avoid me driving out to get it. However I understand that these things happen and I was very happy that they spent $2300 to repair the car at an Audi dealer without me having to ask.
